Tervehdys. Ja anteeksipyyntö jälleen projektin venymiestä.
Perä on edelleen kasausvaiheessa eikä ole edennyt eteenpäin. Haulikon lukkorunkoon tuleva takapala, peräpala ja väliputki ovat valmiit mutta kiinnityksetovat tekemättä. Lupasin kuvia kesän alussa tämänhetkisesti tilanteesta mutta elämäntilanteen muutoksesta johtuen en ole tätä(kään) kerennyt tekemään. Yritän järjestää kuvakollaasin ja selitykset tämän kuun aikana.
I saw from viewer statistics that there are some viewers who are not from Finland. This blog is a story how i started Skeet shooting from nothing. I have hobby backround from shooting but there are so many years that i have forgot all the basics.
Because there was so many unbraked clays after first summer, i started my own gunstock project to fit my Tikka 512 SD Shotgun to my shoulder. First idea was to make prototype stock from plywood but i ruined it with poor understanding of fitting lockframe to stock and too much wood was taken off. Then i started second prototype. This time i made parts one by one and fitted them to lockframe. And when fitting was OK to me, i glued parts together. Fitting is perfect this time and i am waiting to see new stock in action. Until this is done, i will use old stock in shooting range.
Now this second prototype is going in stage where parts are made but they are not fitted together. Lockframe part, pipe between end part and lockframe part are done, but my time is limited at the moment and i have not finished this project yet. I have promesed picture update couble of months but in this month i will try finaly do that update.
Idea to combine pipe, endplate and lockframe part to gunstock came from the movie "American Sniper", where i saw Winchester .300 sniper rifle first time.
